How to become an active Member of Miami Valley Works

• Walk in Mon through Fri from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to complete an application
• Be willing and capable of working
• Attend an Orientation Session (two hours)
• Take a drug screen and agree to a background check
• Complete the five-day Job Readiness Workshop
• Partner with an Employment Coach
• Maintain regular contact with your Employment Coach
• Be open to receive and act upon feedback provided by Miami Valley Works staff geared toward reaching your goal of economic self-sufficiency!
