Service/Community Partners

Miami Valley Works offers free employment services that include job readiness, job search, job retention, breaking down obstacles, and advancement services. We partner with other community organizations that also provide free services to address the needs of our Members during for the duration of their journey to reach economic self-sufficiency.

Key Community Partners are those who supply a service to our Members at the onset of Membership. These partners contribute services during the job search process. Upon completing the Job Readiness Workshop, Members have access to services provided by:

Legal Aid of Western Ohio - Works with our Employment Coaches to resolve legal problems for Members

Graceworks Consumer Credit Counseling - Provides financial counseling for our Members

4C for Children - Provides child care services to Members

Greater Dayton RTA - Assist our members during the Workshop and Interviews

Clothes that Work - Provides professional clothing and support for our Members

Goodwill Industries - Provides interview and work clothing for our Members

Sinclair Community College - Provides educational advancement resources for our Members

Community Partners who would like to refer individuals to Miami Valley Works should direct them to call Ms. Michelle Feltz, our Program Supervisor at 937.528.6496.   In tallking with Michelle, potential members will learn more about how we can assist them in gaining employment and beginning their journey toward economic self-sufficiency.
