At Miami Valley Works, our mission is to help people living in poverty who are willing and capable of achieving economic self-sufficiency through employment. Using a holistic approach, we offer access to area employers while providing comprehensive support services, which include:

By addressing the multiple concerns and needs of our Members, we are able to coach and prepare them for long-term employment and, ultimately, economic self-sufficiency.
